By purchasing or downloading any beats from NoDraft, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the beat(s) according to the specific tier purchased (Mp3, Wav, etc.). Use is subject to the limitations (streams, sales) defined at checkout.

2. Sample Clearance (Important)

Some beats may contain master samples that need ot be cleared through Tracklib.

• I will transfer the relevant Tracklib license to your provided email address within 24-72 hours of purchase.
• Buyer Responsibility: While the master sample is clearance is free, the buyer is responsible for any "publishing" clearance required by their distributor or label upon release.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been issued, no refunds will be granted. If you have technical issues with a file, contact support for a replacement.

4. Credit & Ownership

• You must credit No Draft in all metadata (e.g., "Prod. by ...").
• The producer retains 100% ownership of the original composition.
