- Purchases: When you buy a beat, I collect your name and email address to deliver your files and license agreement.
- Analytics: I use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to see how many people visit the site. This does not track your personal identity or use invasive cookies.
- Payments: All payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your credit card or banking information.
2. How Data is Used
I use your email address solely to:
- Send your download links.
- Transfer Tracklib sample licenses to you (if applicable).
- Provide customer support.

4. Analytics & Cookies
To improve the shopping experience, I use Umami Analytics.
- Privacy-First: Umami does not collect any personal information, does not use invasive tracking cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
- Data Usage: It only provides me with general information such as which beats are most popular and what country my visitors are from.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your browsing data is never sold to advertisers or shared with large data brokers.

By using this site, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in Canada and the United States (where our payment processor, Stripe, and hosting providers are located).
